Do you feel like all the plans you make somehow don't work out and you're left feeling like you'll never get to where you want to be? I work with young adults and adults to help them figure out how to reduce anxiety, create healthier relationships, set better boundaries, and prioritize their own needs. Therapy can be a space where you no longer feel like you have to carry everything on your own.
My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe it’s important for you to feel comfortable enough to be fully yourself in therapy. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns keeping them stuck. We will work together to find out which types of therapy modalities might help you best.
