I often work with people who feel like, or have been told that they have "failed" in traditional therapy and carry stigma from past experiences in the mental health system. I love helping people move beyond labels and judgement and discover a new way forward. I believe that people have the answers they need inside themselves and I can help you rediscover that wisdom or get in touch with it for the first time.

For the last 8 years I have worked within the Allegheny County mental health system in various roles including mobile therapy, crisis intervention and inpatient social work. I also have experience working with teenagers involved in the foster care system and those who have aged out.
