We offer compassionate, confidential mental health care rooted in social work values and systemic awareness. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, or healing from trauma and life transitions, we're here to help. We know that managing the impacts of life events is difficult, and we offer culturally humble, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care tailored to your needs. We offer in-person at our Pittsburgh office and telehealth throughout Pennsylvania.
