You or someone you know may have lost a loved one during the pandemic. You may have a serious or chronic health condition that is impacting your mood, sleep and motivation. I am experienced in providing supportive and therapeutic services to those facing the unique psychological and emotional stressors due to COVID 19 as well as for those whose quality of life has been impacted by a major life event.

I have extensive experience with a variety of concerns including family conflict, chronic health issues, a life limiting diagnosis, caregiver burnout, existential suffering and complicated grief/ loss. I am compassionate, empathetic and sensitive to the nature of these difficult conversations.
